If you don't run screaming out of the theatre for a sushi restaurant (although inevitably of lesser quality than that of grandmaster Jiro), there is truly something wrong with you. A celebration of the art of sushi and the human pursuit of perfection.
The man is himself as he describes his own sushi- such depth (of flavour) from such simple ingredients.
