Opening credits have Melissa Joan Heart, yeah, she's in one scene and probably got it all in one take. I don't recomend this movie to just anyone, considering it is super preachy with all the Jesus talk.
They don't really explain some things too. Joey keeps seeing people that aren't there and then they make a random reference to Oh, God! with John Denver and even mention him but then they make a reference to the sequel, expecting people to know what they are talking about, and no one has seen that, why would you even assume people have seen that?
