Review of Jackie Brown (1997) by Abel A — 05 Jul 2011
One of Tarantino's best film that shows his Maturity in his directorial style and writing. This is his most mature film up to date. Characters actually sounds like real people, not like video store nerds, or Tarantino himself.
The characters are 3 dimensional and the story is engaging at a addictive level. And the opening title of the film with the song Across 110th Street is one of the most memorable film opening that Ive seen in a while.
