Review of It's Such a Beautiful Day (2012) by Sam A — 17 Jan 2019
This film made every part of my body feel everything. There's not an appropriate string of words that can encapsulate its emotional impact or its artistic merit. A strong dose of postmodern poetry combined with a deep explication of consciousness and the human condition, something like Radiohead's "Fitter Happier," and a visual style that makes memory and ether palpable images.
Quite simply, genius.
