The reason I love French cinema is the fact, these movies always surprise you with their unique treatment.
I always thought no movie can surpass violence in "Antichrist", but this movie had surpassed it by a mile. It is very hard to watch in a single view, due to it's intense graphics.And in my view no girl would be able to watch it.
Some people ca feel movie as a sort of intense porn, but what it aim is in a very different direction, where it explores dark & intense emotions with deep intensity.
If you have taste for different sort of cinema go for it. For regular viewers they should give it a complete miss.
