Clever mixture of professional and non-professional actors which also helps to devide the culture from the west and the east in the story.

Beautiful Vidvid coulour and still images. The long takes create a special atmosphere with the characters emotions floating throughout the scene in a very subtle way.

The ending sequence is very powerful and depressing. Hence, it's not a conclusion to the story, but it's a conclusion to everyone's life - Death.
