Review of Idiots and Angels (2008) by Danny L — 04 Jan 2016
Truly one of his more deep and poignant films. If you are not laughing from that last sentence let me be clear: Bill Plympton quilts loving madness and sentimental debauchery into stories of love conquering all over a Salvador Dali fart joke.
Madness is on the menu alone, but the spice to this madness for this film is morality questions. In that, I find comfort as I laugh at faces melting and boobs flying.
