Beautiful soundtrack and action scenes...a wonderful movie if you are into these types of movies...if you have never seen zatoichi then youre probably not going to get much of the backstory here...the only disappointment is that they used an actual person instead of just like showing her dad from shoulders down because it ruined the illusion if you will of her father a bit.
...but a small problem for a wonderful movie..buy it on blu ray..its worth it.
