A good story but predictable and poorly acted so it felt a bit long. Not legally accurate either [no tox screen; case closed but no sentencing]. Very similar tale to the Jodie Foster film, The Accused.
Estella Warren, although pretty, has the presence and charm of a wet, ripped paper bag [the kind a wino might use to hold his convenience store booze].
