Very pleasantly surprised by this movie! This is one of the most accurate coming of age movies I've ever seen. I've been in/related to literally every situation in this movie. The actors are so natural I felt like I was just watching stories from other people from my high school.
Movies NEVER keep my attention now a days and I didn't want this movie to end! Yeah, it's not the best movie ever because the subject matter is fairly simple but it knows what it is and it's pretty damn great for being a simple coming of age story.
The characters are relatable and you feel for them because you've had so many similar thoughts and feelings yourself. Very impressed with this one 5 stars! Excellent directing debut.
