Holy friggen hell, this movie. ahah, it is about as crazy and over the top as gore fests come. It takes the meaning of over the top to the next level then takes that level straight to hell. I now understand why Yoshihiro Nishimura is one of the more well respected cult film directors of our time.
This is not for the faint of heart and is probably about as gory as movies come without being realistic of course. This horror comedy cult film is something not to be missed for fans of extreme gore. One thing that made me really laugh about this film is that it literally earns it's title 'Helldriver' You'll know what I mean when you see it.
And also for the strange fact that the opening titles don't come until half way through the film. WTF? ahha.
