This movie blows. It doesn't have a lot of Chuck Norris kicking ass, Norris has a stupid balck stereotype for a partner and there's tons and tons of bad writing and acting to be found in this movie.
This movie would've ben a whole lot better if these issues were fixed. Despite the fact that this movie sucks, it did have a few cool fight scenes. 2.5/10.
