Review of Hector (2015) by Richard S — 14 Sep 2016
The director captures the world of an ageing homeless man perfectly and Peter Mullan is exceptional in the central role. I could probably watch a film about Peter Mullan painting a house to be honest, I think he is one of the best actors of his generation.
The film is told with warmth, compassion and humour and is well worth seeing if you can track it down (I found it on Netflix).
