It's survival of the fittest--literally--as rival health clubs engage in an aerobics marathon with the fate of one club hanging in the proverbial balance. Contains a fitting high-energy soundtrack with many montages of aerobics.
I hadn't realized that legwarmers were acceptable for men to wear too. Sure to bring back fond memories of early-morning exercise programs of the 80s.
