Review of Harakiri (1962) by Zak C — 12 Nov 2007
An amazingly complex film, with multiple layers of possible meaning, beautifully filmed and fantastically well-acted. The plot drags a bit as the movie goes on, but it all comes full circle in the end--which itself seems richly satisfying, perhaps ironically.
