Review of Gunslinger's Revenge (1998) by Michelle C — 12 Aug 2010
Awful dubbing on the Italian actors pretty much kills this film. Keitel is good and the story idea is certainly worthy. But the humor and bad acting make it hard to sit through. The parade of western stereotypes aren't especially well handled, either.
It looks nice, but that's not nearly enough. David Bowie is awesome as a completely crazy gunslinger and the end has a fun twist. But it's really not enough to make fix the film's deep flaws.
