From the title you assume it something that it is not, it's a film about insecurity and getting over alot of psychological damage whether it's sexual or addiction. This film is Clerks or Chasing Amy meets Annie Hall.
It's a movie I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a original romantic comedy because this is as original as it gets. Like love both constantly test each other's boundaries to seeing who is gonna break first.
