Review of Going Down in La-La Land (2011) by Patrick W — 10 Jun 2012
Despite being plagued with plenty of awful acting, horrendous dialogue, and a predictable plot, this film effectively exposes the lifestyle of aspiring talent totally unique to Hollywood. The second half of the film is significantly better than the first, offering decent drama by way of love and sacrifice capped off with a warm, fuzzy-hearted ending.
