Review of Girl, Positive (2007) by Gill L — 06 Oct 2013
I really liked this film. It makes you think differently about the disease and the people who are impacted by it. This movie is well cast for sure. I think Jennie Garth was my favourite part of the film.
She was the voice of reason and despite what her character was facing, she dealt with it and put herself in a position to be a support and comfort to others. I've watched it a couple times and would recommend it to others who are looking for something of the variety.
It's a good film for young people to see especially to remind them how real this disease is and how it can affect anyone. It's a very real, well done film.
