Review of Girl Boss Guerilla (1972) by Eric K — 19 Oct 2009
A film filled with violence and nudity. (and priests with "the clap") The Japanese really know how to make a great film. :) One can see the parallels between this and your everyday Tarantino film, but this one is much more gritty and raw.
The local Kyoto girl gang is at war with the local Kyoto guy gang, and the battles keep escalating back and forth. Who wins? The girls of course! Girl Power! :P (as if there were ever any doubt). Small bits of humor intertwined with an actual plot makes this one of the better "pink" films out there. Certainly worth a watch if you enjoy this particular genre.
