Review of Gia (1998) by Ramon R — 19 Feb 2008

This is the shining star in Angelina Jolie's portfolio of past work. An engaging story with a unique style to create such vivid portrayal of one of America's first top fashion models and her tragic fall from grace.

It is not a movie that will heighten one's morale but it will provoke a whole mess of thoughts on the darker side of life. I really recommend this one just for the strong performance and powerful story.
