Review of Ghost in the Shell (1995) by David T — 04 Aug 2008
A ten out of ten. When I first watched this movie I was prepared to take down mental notes. They said this was a confusing story but I found it pretty straight forward. A cyborg is hunting down this hacker while trying to learn why she is what she is.
Motoko Kusanagi is a bad ass cyborg that everyone fears. One of the first animated anime to be releashed and one of the greatest I watched so far. Not very violent but plenty of shootouts and ass kicking to go around.
This is your movie if you like anime, sci fi, and action movies.
