Boring, disconnected, meandering, pointless.
It was 15 minutes of story stretched into an acid-induced collage. The characters for Napoleon and Liberty looked like they bought costumes at The Party Store. The modern day ship at sea in a storm plotline (term applied weakly) was silly and had no resolution. SKIP THIS MOVIE!
