This is a must see film for everyone. It is a bit painful to watch at the beginning, however, it improves. Nobody likes being told what to do, specially eat. This film does not do this. It gives straight facts and its up to the viewer to realize there are no opinions here.
Large amounts of data collected from various countries. The process of the collection of data is explained. Its a marvelous film, at times its overwhelming. I'm so glad I watched this film.
