I spent all my money at the farmer's market this weekend, and haven't regretted it especially after seeing this eye-opening film about how the production of food has changed for the worse in the last 100 years.
Animals, the earth, and people appear to be treated with little to no respect by the corporate industries. Should I name them I might get sued. This documentary shows you just how skewed our food production and consumption has become.
If you care about what you feed to your system, this is a must-see.
