Its awful, and not nearly as funny as the Woodchipper Massacre. You don't know what true garbage is until you see a McBride/Polonia film. The effects are on-par with something out of an atari video game and the dialogue is atrocious.
Its funny, sure, but you have better options for unintentional humor so thus 1 star.
