Review of Fantasia (1940) by Josh L — 31 Dec 2012
Dinsey's magnum opus! This is truly a cornucopia of sights and sounds that feeds your senses a feast. The music of Beethoven and Stravinsky among others intertwines with the classic style of Disney animation that we all grew up with.
The "Rite of Spring" and "Ave Maria" segments are particularly moving while "Night on Bald Mountain" can both astound and grip you at the same time. Fantastico!
