Silly stuff. There is some real news/discovery channel type footage of wrecks/accidents and the like in this, but besides that the other stuff is about as real as a B movie. Which is fine, I wouldn't want to see real footage of those scenes.
But in the end this is good for a laugh as well as seeing some ways you wouldn't want to die.
