If you dont like musicals, you wont like this. however if you are a culturally inclined person this is an excellent film! it really tells the story of eva peron without diminishing the love and hatred felt by various members of society in argentina.
madonna gives a truly great performance (well worth her golden globe award). you may leave it feeling a little weepy. parker directs this movie flawlessly. dont miss this film!
