Even better than the first film Election. The second film continues at the end of Loks two year term and triad businessmen Jimmy hs the potentil to become the new leader. However Jimmy is not wanting to be a gangster and is opposed to the violence which makes his cold brutality even more disturbing.
Brilliant swarve gripping cinema.
