Review of eCupid (2011) by Eric S — 28 May 2013

ECupid is not really that bad for a low budget, independent gay themed movie but ultimately it looks and feels exactly as one. It cannot be faulted on its earnestness but relies on the appealing casting of its leads.

Otherwise it contains the depth and wit of typical sitcoms that yearn to be taken seriously and fits perfectly on the small screen. More shockingly is the scene with Morgan Fairchild that begs to ask, in awe, how does she still look this good after all these years.

Much like the rest of the film, I'm afraid that the answer may be filters.
