Matt Dillon, Kelly Lynch, Heather Graham and James LeGros! Are a gang that rob pharmacy's and hospitals. They get up to all shernanigan's to score there drug's and keep the police off there tail.
Great performances buy all 4 above actors. Buy the end of the movie you will fall in love with these misfits. Van Sant adds a great 70's look to this movie.
