Stars Robert Z'dar And Joe Estevez in a kind of 3 ninjas type of deal with hilarious effect. The movie was so bad and although you cannot take it seriously there are still some redeeming qualities.
Like wrong audio dubs and just no care in the film. Z'dar is the man he will do anything he so ripped.
