Nagesh Kukonoor has perfected the art of storytelling. Dor, his latest offering revolves around the subject of female independent thinking. He deals with this tricky subject with high sensitivity and maturity beyond his years as a director.
Shreyas Talpade shows that he is not a one movie wonder. Gul Panag packs in a solid performance as the free willed woman who is willing to take her decisions and live with their consequences. Best performance of the movie is by Ayesha Takia whose metamorphosis from a village girl into a strong woman is portrayed beautifully.
The real star of the movie is the script. Great storytelling!
