Review of Don 2 (2011) by Amritansh P — 15 May 2012
Wickedly fun sequel to Don, this is a non-stop action thriller with the usual twists and turns we've come to expect from the Don franchise. While it does have three songs (including one after the credits), it is not your typical Bollywood fare and is more focused on the commercial worldwide market.
Slick, and beautifully shot (particularly in the Berlin sequences), it's a worthy sequel and can compete with Mission Impossible or any similar style films. Kept me on the edge-of-seat with it's car chases and fight scenes with great acting and chemistry by Priyankya Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan reprising their roles as Roma and Don respectively.
Hopefully, we'll see a Don 3 as the last sequence hinted at.
