Basically a mockumentary by director Adam Green (Hatchet, Frozen), starring him & his camera man, that is about capturing footage of monsters that supposedly come out of this deep hole in the ground called the Marrow at night, guided by a guy named Dekker (Ray Wise) who claims to have witnessed them.

There is alot of interviews and experimenting that keep you waiting & waiting, but the footage that they eventually capture of the creatures are pretty unique & down right creepy.
