Review of Deadline - U.S.A. (1952) by Luigi C — 10 Jun 2010
An idealized view of a big city newspaper and its editor's struggles. Love the monologuing scenes (by Bogart) of what a newspaper should be and how it adds value to society. Unfortunately newspapers are becoming less relevant as cheap telecomm and the internet has intermediated the publisher & the editor.
