A misguided supernatural thriller that plods along at a deathly pace towards a conclusion that I (and I'm sure many others) could see coming a mile away.
Nick Stahl plays a man who works as a funeral home. He stll has not recovered from the death of his parents in a car accident and the break-up with his high school sweetheart over ten years ago. But she comes back into his life when he stages his own funeral to see if anyone would show up.
The idea would maybe work as a black comedy. As a horror film it is Dead On Arrival.
