Film takes dead aim on action as a trail of four dead exotic dancers leads to international drug smugglers hiding behind diplomatic immunity. Demoted cop boasts the highest mortality rate among arrest suspects on the force and this case does not hamper his reputation.
Frequent visits to the Fools Paradise gentleman's club offers a necessary diversion from the anticipated fireworks.
