Before he made excellent movies like "The Shining" and "Full Metal Jacket", Stanley Kubrick, then a student film maker made this documentary which follows the day of middleweight boxer Walter Cartier before the night of his big fight.
"Day of the Fight" is a well made documentary that brings you into the life of a professional boxer.
