Probably unknown by many this film is actually a significant work in the filmography of Director Carlos Saura & for the Spanish cinema.
I saw it at school for the first time some ten years ago and the eyes of the little girl are still engraved in my memory.
It's probably hard to find on dvd because it's quite old but if you ever get your hands on it... give it a shot it's an intense and moving story about the loss of the people we love the most and how kids can cope with it.
