Review of Crazy Horse (2011) by Michael R — 24 Feb 2012
The film itself is disjointed, introducing us to people late in the film, showing us a rehearsal in the middle of the film for no other reason than to show us a rehearsal, and given the artistic director to much time on screen. His barely coherent rants on his obsession with the Crazy Horse and his visions actually drove people from the theater.
If you want to experience the Crazy Horse without going to Paris or Vegas, I recommend renting this movie and fast forwarding through the usually inane banter and arguing among the artists in charge and just enjoy the show.
