Review of Countdown to Zero (2010) by Lavaughn H — 02 Jan 2011
Countdown was interesting in spurts but generally felt like a long history channel documentary or New START treaty propaganda. The film opens with surveillance footage of actual bombings and throughout sprinkles in footage of ordinary people walking around busy streets which hammers home the feeling of impending attack.
History Buffs won't get much from this film but if you ever want an extremely detailed explanation of death by nuclear attack then this is your film.
