Review of Cops and Robbers (2017) by Barry M — 23 Apr 2018
A change from the usual Jai-White fayre. And not too bad as it goes. In parts there is seeming over acting and it is hard to tell at the films resolution, if that was intentional as part of the actual film, or if it was just Michael overacting.
Did a good job of making one feel this was going to end unfairly as it made a connection to the "bad guy" with the story about the past and really hit the sense of injustice and made one feel he deserved to win.
In the end, it was a well executed film and despite being short on action, was well worth watching, managing to throw in more than one twist to the expected outcome of multiple events.
