Why the title is called 'Comerades', I don't know! In Chinese it simply is 'Tian Mi Mi', which means 'Sweet life' or just 'Sweet love', which is a song from Deng Li Jun.
I think this is one of best modern Chinese films showing two people's love during harsh living conditions in Hong Kong. Their love is a fate, a chance, and a safricie. It really makes you believe in love, because it may come when you least expect it!
