Fun to watch but in my opinion not as good as the pam grier flicks: "coffy" and "foxy brown". cleo is some sort of agent for the u.s. government but she returns home to LA to protect a halfway house/shelter that is important to her, which is part of a plan to kill her.

in turkey she destroyed a poppy field that belonged to an LA crime boss named mommy... it's a crazy story really.
