In this HK-franchise of Lethal Weapon Ti Lung plays the mad cop and Chow Yun Fat the calm one. Both of them act painfully silly most of the time though, but I guess that's just the eighties for ya.
Nevertheless, City War is rather entertaining. A bit slow at first but when the violence kicks in it's well worth it.
