Review of Chop Shop (2008) by Charles H — 26 Apr 2009

This film made me think, how my life has been so easy. How a kid, living in the place he works, struggles everyday to attain his dreams, to get a better life for himself and his sister. The film's pace is a bit slow, but the acting and the way it was shot will make up for it.

Cause the acting is sublime from the casts. It's not like watching a film. It's more like observing, even though it's not a documentary. Also, you'll never know that the place was shot in the outskirts of New York.
