This is actually quite a disturbing film - its kind of like Re-Animator for kids - the dogs head keeps getting removed and left lying around! Poor little kiddies! This one is right up there with Watership Down for being unintentionally scary.
For the discerning adult this is seriously boring and dated. Watch it to be horrified at the seventies fashion, laugh at the awful acting and be disturbed by the repeatedly decapitated doggie.
