A most powerful exploration into the theme of love, Carol triumphs in bringing alive the relationship of Therese and Carol Aird most beautifully.
Headed by another outstanding performance by Cate Blanchett and appropriately matched with Rooney Mara, all acting merits are on point. It's no longer only about what we see on screen, but what we feel in our hearts as this complex love story is played out before us. This is a must see movie for anyone who has ever felt love!
